Eileen Walsh is the host of From Here to Hope, a podcast born from the belief that in the midst of the darkness we’re navigating, we must begin speaking light into the future—out loud, together. A somatic coach, integration facilitator, and mother, Eileen brings a grounded, body-based lens to personal and collective transformation.

With a Master’s in Education and a background in leadership development, Eileen helps people bridge the gap between expanded states of consciousness and everyday life. Certified as a Psychedelic Practitioner through the Synthesis Institute and trained in Reiki, she blends somatic practices, mindfulness, and creative expression to support emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and authentic leadership. She is also completing a certification with the Somatic Institute for Women.

As the founder of Loved As You Are, Eileen creates spaces for women to explore their inner wisdom, heal in community, and step into their own power. Through her podcast, she invites listeners into honest, embodied conversations about what hurts, what’s possible, and how we begin to co-create a more connected, compassionate world—starting from the inside out.
